Mobile devices are everywhere, and that includes the workplace. As employees come to rely on mobile to do their jobs, companies are ramping up investment in enterprise apps to connect them to internal platforms and processes.
But neither executives nor workers are satisfied with the apps that are emerging from in‑house IT and outside vendors. Too often they’re clunky, slow, and hard to use.
